Awaaz helps Pakistani communities report shared problems and follow them through to resolution.
A shared record, not another group chat
Awaaz is a community complaint portal for Pakistani housing societies, colonies, markets, hostels and other organised communities. It connects residents reporting a service issue with the management and staff responsible for addressing it.
Respect and accountability
A clear category, location and timeline make follow-up easier. Residents can confirm resolutions; management can review overdue work and recurring problems. Privacy choices, approved membership and moderation protect the community.
What Awaaz cannot promise
Awaaz does not replace emergency services, legal advice or a society’s governing documents. Using the portal does not guarantee a particular resolution or response time. The society remains responsible for its services and decisions.
