Use the service responsibly
Provide accurate information, use an account you are entitled to operate, and follow your society’s membership and community rules. Do not impersonate another person or submit knowingly false reports.
Protect others
Do not publish personal identifiers, threats, harassment or illegal content. Share only photos and information you have the right to provide. Use reporting and appeal tools in good faith.
Responsibilities and limits
Society management is responsible for its service decisions and staff assignments. Awaaz records workflows; it does not guarantee repairs, legal outcomes or emergency response. Plan limits and features are set by the platform owner and may differ by society.
Moderation and account access
Authorised moderators may review, hide or remove content with reasons and apply permitted sanctions. Appeal options appear in the app. Preserve any essential record independently and contact the appropriate authority when an issue needs legal or emergency action.
